30 Day Fitness Challenges To Kickstart Your May
Last Sunday was May 1st and that means it’s the season for great abs and toned legs! I can already feel the heat of Summer ’16, from the 90 degree Florida sunshine to the music flooding my car–“Girl, pass me the aux cord!” Maybe the fresh start of a new month is exactly what you need to push through your goals! Encourage your sister, your mother, and close friends to continue to set new standards and reach new heights. The size of the accomplishment doesn’t matter, it’s the story behind it that is worth sharing. Personally, one of my goals this season is to begin my journey to improving my overall fitness, and with summer approaching, this is the perfect time to really kick it into gear. I am signing myself up for the 31 Day Fitness Challenge and I am really excited! I say, health is wealth and so I’ll be sharing a combination awesome routines and different 30 Day Fitness Challenges I’ve come across.
